Hanseatic Capital preferably finances businesses with established market positions, strong, ambitious and incentivised management and attractive growth prospects. Hanseatic Capital does not usually invest in start-up or early stage projects.

We are active throughout the Baltics, Poland and we can consider mezzanine investments in other CEE countries. We typically invest up to €5 million per portfolio company. For larger opportunities we can arrange co-investments with other banks and funds. The minimum investment size normally is €1 million.

Although Hanseatic Capital is not limited to financing specific industries, opportunities in business services, information technology and communications, distribution, transit, logistics, and other high value-added manufacturing and service industries are particularly attractive.
